The mortgage brokers who were working under Division President Frasure were many. Many of them have already been convicted of fraud and deceptive business, caught in perjury or are implicated in future actions. On October 16, 2007 Nevada’s Judge Loehrer signed an order stating that brokers Martinez, Ward and Callihan had acted fraudulently and or deceptively. In another federal action, agents Schankin, Callihan and Mason have been implicated in fraud and deception. Schankin and Mason have already been caught in perjury. Agents nationwide are also being named as defendants in myriad predatory lending actions. Illinois, Florida, Virginia, Texas, California and Nevada are among the known states. Is this starting to look like RICO on the national level. It certainly is at the Las Vegas division thanks to James Frasure, a true "trim and TRASH man."

Callihan was the office manager in charge of Mason's oversight. Mason fully approved the loan on January 5, 2004. In subsequent letters to the consumer and to Nevada's Department of Mortgage Lending, D R Horton claimed that the loan was not fully approved. For the purposes of court submissions however, they all decided to reverse themselves again and claim that the loan was fully approved. Mason has been involved in at least a dozen such fraudulent transactions including interest rate manipulation, inflating them immediately before closing. For these lies, sales manager Schankin was 'disassociated' from D R Horton. Recall that all these people and all this crime has occurred under the immediate oversight of Las Vegas Division President James Frasure, Donald Horton's right hand man and "trim and trash guy" since 1980, the time that the D R Horton corporation essentially was created. Over 7 people have been caught in crimes and nearly a quarter million in fines paid in the city of Las Vegas alone. Donald Horton has known of the crimes for years.
