James Frasure is Donald Horton’s right hand man. As a matter of fact, he was Horton’s first “trim and trash guy” in 1980, two years after Horton started his construction business. http://rismedia.com/wp/2004-06-17/dr-horton-inc-will-sell-two-dozen-houses-for-practically-nothing/print/ Frasure stated in that article that they had “a warrior mentality and that they could beat anyone at any time.“ Frasure has been quite busy since then as Horton‘s Las Vegas Division President. Frasure has oversight of the sales managers throughout Las Vegas, including Schankin, Knobloch and Callihan. Schankin was “disassociated” from D R Horton in March 2004 for fraud. Knobloch has had his license suspended for “facilitating activity of an unlicensed person,” and ordered to pay $30,000. Callihan has been convicted of fraud and deceptive business practices and fined over $50,000. Frasure himself has had disciplinary actions filed by Nevada’s Real Estate Division linking him to Knobloch and because he associated with Belding, an unlicensed individual who was ordered to pay a fine of $142,000.00 for 70 unauthorized transactions. Frasure got off easy with only a $10,000 fine.
